Unfortunately we have discovered that the delay will continue till at least Friday 4th March.
One of M Bertrands brothers will not be attending the signing at the Notaire's office and will be assigning power of attorney. However, the paperwork is not with the Notaire yet so it is causing us an unwelcome extended delay.
Whilst M Bertrand is happy for us to start we are reluctant to tempt fate and have no choice but to wait.
