First it was the Netgear Wifi Router that went wonky! Yesterday it was the woodworking router that went cronky!
I bought a Ferm router back in 2000 from Screwfix Direct and it has been a fantastic servant until the impeller decided to shatter into a million pieces. It means a couple of tasks have come to a standstill for a minute whilst I wait for a reply to my email sent to Ferm in Holland yesterday. Its a simple part to replace so if I can get it then we are back in business.
In the meantime, out comes my little Kubota Tractor and a spot of grass cutting is called for. The rain through August and now the strong warm sunshine has led to a flush of green grass.
I need to get a few bits done for our next guests who are due on Tuesday.
Don't forget also about the town house in Eymet. The owners have now taken two bookings and speaking to them yesterday they tell me that the house is also available for long weekends through the winter.
It is especially easy because the property is literally 15 minutes from Bergerac Airport and with very cheap flights available through Flybe and Ryanair you can be sipping a coffee in Eymet itself in under three hours door to door!
